Abstract
The project aimed to develop a branding strategy for the start-up company Quirkbot, building its core identity and suggesting how the company can continue to build up a stable brand that delivers value and creates a stronger association with existing and future potential customers. 

Methods & Tools
Observation, interviews, customer journey mapping, value constellation, world’s shortest marketing plan, SWOT analysis and brand positioning. 

Proposal
In order to communicate the brand values efficiently, our team proposed a brand platform, adding structure to maximize their brand power and the brand connection with the maker movement. A new brand architecture and a business model was also proposed to help Quirkbot get the resources needed to become a more sustainable company.
